Your Role
Own Financial Operations
- Manage accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed and paid on time
- Support monthly accounting tasks and coordinate with external accountants
- Track expenses, receipts and financial documentation across teams
Support People & Office Processes
- Assist with onboarding, contract administration and HR documentation
- Coordinate time‑tracking, leave requests and payroll‑related inputs
- Help maintain a well‑run office environment and support local team needs
Keep Things Organized & Compliant
- Maintain accurate records and structured workflows
- Ensure financial and HR data is handled securely and consistently
- Contribute to improving internal processes and operational clarity
What You Bring
- Experience in accounting, finance operations or office administration
- A structured, reliable working style with attention to detail
- Comfort working with numbers, documents and cross‑team communication
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of recurring processes
