Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and innovation, including nearly a decade in the airline industry leading large-scale digital transformation across Airport Operations, NOC/Dispatch and TechOps. At United Airlines, he co-founded the airline’s first Innovation & R&D Lab, Airshop and at both United and Sun Country, led modernization of critical airline operations systems, aligning technology, governance and execution to deliver measurable operational impact. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and travel, experiences that reinforce his appreciation for preparation, perspective and navigating complexity with confidence.
